Now TV freezing

After reseting and reconnecting to Internet my now TV box prompts a software update. Which it does successfully 100%. Then the screen freezes and can not do anything at all except reset. . Ggrrrrr helpppp

Has anyone been able to speak to them on live chat yet? Doesn't seem to work for me on my phone...

Same here, restarted twice, frozen on menu but can hear the noises of buttons.

 

Tried calling customer service and they hung up on me

Clearly a NOW TV problem (despite what the Service Status page says!).

Seems to be affecting all NOW TV box types (white, black & smart).

Service seems to be working OK on iOS devices & Roku own brand boxes.

I have the same issue on my old v2 and my new v3 versions ... have spoken to family members and they have the same issue ... whats happeninmg Npow TV?

Yes i spoke with them via livechat and it was pointless. Basically said had no idea what was causing the problem, so no idea how to resolve it at the moment or how long was going to take! Great service!

I have the same problem. I can't even find the livechat icon on their home page/ resetting doesn't work.

**** FIX ****

 

Turn of your router ... unplug your device and ethernet cable ... turn your device back on ... it will kick in ... turn on your router and renew your internet connection  .... just worked on my V2 & V3 boxes 🙂

My box is working again! I had to restart my router to get it to work.
