Now TV freezing

After reseting and reconnecting to Internet my now TV box prompts a software update. Which it does successfully 100%. Then the screen freezes and can not do anything at all except reset. . Ggrrrrr helpppp

Same here. 3 boxes (2 small black ones and 1 new smart box), and getting the same screen as in the photo (posted enfyshedd) COME ON NOW TV, SORT IT OUT!.

I have the same issue as well. Not sure if NowTV have a service issue or perhaps pushed an update overnight? Seems like an issue on their end though

Yeah! Seeing as everyone else is experiencing the same thing it looks like the problem is at NowTV's end... glad I didn't waste too much time resetting etc

It's been a while since I used the forums, but didn't there used to be a Live Chat functionality? Am I a bit blind this morning or has that been removed (could have been anytime in the last two years if I'm honest)!

In Essex and same problem....on both white boxes. Service status on nowtv says all good...really. At least I know it's not my boxes.
