Now TV down???

I cannot access now TV on either box, laptop or phone. Anyone else? Keeps telling me not connected to the internet even though all devices are and there's no issue with h broadband

Is this for live streams?

As we are currently watching Chicago Med without any issues at all.

Can't get on anything. Live TV, apps, box sets nothing.

Make sure the box is fully updated. Unplug your box and router for a minute or two.

I'm having the same problem. Been trying to access for an hour. All i get is a bleu screen saying 'not loading' try later!!
