Now TV box not connecting to the internet

Our Now TV box and suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. We changed internet providers just under a month ago and it worked fine, now about 2 weeks later, it doesn't seem to be able to connect to it. It can find it and try and connect but won't.

Tried setting it back to factory settings and now it won't connect to the internet. All of our other devices connect fine and there's only two of us in the house so I don't think there's too many devices connected.

Are you able to use your phone as a hot spot to see if you can connect to that?

 

Worst case what other devices do you have, like an Amazon fire stick?
