Now TV box broken?

I've just come back from four days away and the Now TV box was completely unresponsive to the remote so I removed power then plugged it back in again. When it restarted the power light remained on permanently and was still unresponsive. I did a hard reset with a pin and it's now stuck on the "let's get started" screen. The light flashes when it's starting up then moves into a continuous double flash and is still unresponsive. Is the box completely broken?

I know this might sound like a silly reply, but have you tried fresh new batteries in the remote and clicked the right directional arrow on the remote to get to the next stage of the setup process ?

 

If so and it wont budge from the Lets Get Started screen display, have you got another TV in the house, just to temporary hook up to the box to see if you can get passed the Lets Get Started screen ?
