Are you a new nowtv customer and Is this a new smart nowtv box that you are just setting up and the message pops up when attempting to log into the box with your account details ?
Or you are already signed into the box and when you try to open the nowtv App or any of the catch up Apps such has BBC iPlayer etc this message shows ?
Or is it only happening when trying to watch certain TV show episodes or movies and if so which ones ?
