Now TV Boxes Not Working Since Recent Update

My NowTV box and my dad's NowTV box are not working at all since the latest update was applied by NowTV and I was wondering why? I have had to install the NowTV app on my smart TV and it is glitchy as anything. Can I please find out if there is going to be a fix applied from NowTV to fix the problems the last update has caused?

Since March Now TV rebranded to NOW and dropped the TV from the name. 

If I were you I would set the devices back to factory settings as this often squashes bugs on the system.

I can't the screen is black when I go to the NowTV box screen on my TV.

You will be able to perform the reset on the device itself.
