Now TV (Box) please help - reset

Hello,

I am have a small black Now TV,  about  years old, given to me recently. I tried to reset as per the instructions, but when turning on appears the old initial Now TV image and then turns off.  My TV is old, only has access for HDMI.

How can this be sorted? how can get hold of someone from technical support?

Are you sure your TV is old? Very old TVs only have SCART; aging TVs have HDMI as well as SCART, and it’s modern TVs that only have HDMI.

 

Or did you mean SCART?

 

When resetting a black Now Box, be sure to keep the button pressed in for longer than 15 seconds; a quick press is just a power cycle. Be prepared for it to be faulty though, although being given on old Now box like this doesn’t mean it necessarily is.

Press the small down arrow (v) below How to get in touch and Chat with Now tech support.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
