Not recieving guaranteed speed

I have fast fiber and a guarantee speed of 31.5mbs. I've never received 31.5 and also keeps dropping to under 5mbs. Customer service didn't have a clue. Anyone else had same problem? Or know how to fix?

Not yet but I'll be asking for a reduced payment as I'm getting a reduced
service. Hopefully find a solution soon

I am having the same problem does anyone know the customer service number please I'm not impressed first time in 3 years I've checked the speed I wanna know how long I haven't been getting what I paid for now TV  you need to pull your finger out it a disgrace

Still no solution or customer service. Might just leave to a more stable

I contacted customer services, still not recieving my broadband speed, have checked everything, they also recommended me to try my old bt hub, obviously that didnt work. They suggested to buy a booster, offered me £5 to go towards it pffft.. anyway, new customer in march 2020, phoneline wasnt connected until 5 days after connection date, not happy. Complained on a few occasions now. Not getting anywhere.
