No now tv on main tv! Hellllp

so my kids had a now tv box in their bedroom which stopped working a few weeks ago , they then realized they could get now tv through their PS3 so asked me for the password etc.

i went onto my devices and removed one of the tv boxes so that left a space for the PlayStation to be added.

i turned my lounge tv on and guess what it won't work!

ive gone onto my devices and there are only three devices connected now PlayStation, iPad and my phone! 

Ive got a date with Jon snow on Monday night I can't miss it!

please someone help me sort this out?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  You can only add one new device per calendar month.  Hop onto Live Chat and they may be able to help you out.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

It's fixed!

the live chat person sorted it out, I didn't have to do a thing.
