No internet

Morning,

there is no internet, the light on the box is red. 
i did all the steps needed that i read online but it is the second time happening. Are you able to send me an engineer asap??

If the three green lights are not showing on the front of the NOW Router and there is still no internet this morning, then phone the NOW Broadband Team using the telephone number on this linked page below.

Just to add that we can’t send you an engineer, as we are all customers just like you (except for @CareIntegration which lurks but never posts, and is probably a bot).

Hence @schnapps pointing you to where you can get active help from Now employees.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
