NOW haven't sold a TV streaming box for a few years.
Did you receive a NOW Hub 2 Router for joining NOW Broadband which is purely for internet access and is not a TV streaming box and doesn't come supplied with any type of remote controller.
If it's a TV streaming box, then you will need to take this up with the seller.
