No broadband

My next door neighbour had his BT broadband fitted and the engineer has disconnected my broadband. No one wants to fix it??? What can I do??

You have to call the broadband team. As NOW are fully reliant on OpenReach they will need to arrange with them for an engineer to come out and fix the problem.
