New user, NOW TV hub 2

I have just joined NOW TV, set up Now TV Hub Two as supplied and have internet connection. (All good so far!)....I also signed up for entertainment pass, but how do I activate this, and how do I get the hub to connect to TV?.....There was NO remote in the box, so I cant see how to set or change TV chanels?.....Was I supposed to order a stick as well? (this was NOT mentioned or pointed out that I would need one if this is the case!)

This question crops up from time to time on the forum (see an example in the link thread below).

Perhaps NowTV should make it more clearer on their website when customers are looking to sign up to Nowtv broadband and are under the impression they think the package includes a free NowTV TV streaming stick or box which is not the case.

Many thanks...so I DO need a stick as well......very good of them not to mention this when I signed up...I'm sure it catches everyone out!!

You may save yourself a couple of quid if you look around on the internet at places like Currys, Argos etc for the NowTV Stick where places like Currys should be able to deliver the stick more quickly in my experience than NowTV directly.

Thank you for help....yes I can use my laptop to watch on, but would obviously like to see TV on a larger screen.....I've ordered the stick now anyway, so hopefully wont have to wait too long!

Just make sure your television has a spare HDMI port on it to use the NowTV Stick.
