New smart black box not working

Tried resetting over and over, had it load channels up then froze on home button.
14 month old and 4 month old not happy
Please fix issue

Very annoying when the kids have nothing to watch first thing in the morning , hopefully it gets sorted soon

Mine frozen on home screen can use remote to go to options either
