New Mandatory Pin

The new mandatory pin is rubbish if i wanted it there i would have turned it on in the first place. Its very annoying and needs to get gone whats the point of having the option to turn it on and off if your forced to enter one for a service im paying for. Get it gone.

That would explain why I never saw it @RoyB as I never watch live tv on any platform except for News and Sport. Everything else is streamed.

When we had Sky back in the day you needed to enter a Pin for movies outside of the watershed hours depending on its age recommendation. I'm fairly sure that's a requirement and not just a Sky/NowTV thing but I could be wrong.

I think it's so they can catch people who don't have a TV licence who say they don't watch live tv

Try watching any live Movie channel....

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
