How far have you got, does the nowtv box recognise and connect to your router over wifi or Ethernet ?
Have you set up an account (if you haven't got an existing account previously with your bank card details) ?
Do you see the six digit code on your television screen and have you managed to enter the code on the nowtv web page shown on your television screen to activate the box ?
Any message or error code shown on your TV screen ?

Have you tried switching the power off to both your nowtv box and router for about a minute, then switch on your router first, then switch back on the nowtv box making sure you have selected the correct HDMI input source on your television remote controller.
