NOW TV Box doesnt arrived

Hello, I have ordered my TV Box on 29 of march, system said dispatched on 2nd of April, activation date is 8 of April but I didn't receive the box. On my account it still showing ITEM DISPACHED 2nd April. Nothing else, I have been charged for next month, as a user but I can't use it at all. There's no any support online or phone number to check that. 

I understand Corona and other issues, but be serious, please, why I have to pay for something I don't even have in my house ?

I'm having the exact same problem. My activation date 8th April, but no box has been sent. I'm still charged for the 8th April.....and I can't even install it yet....
