I have a question about the NOW Super Fibre Broadband package. Can anybody tell me if this is FTTC (Fibre to the cabinet), or FTTP (Fibre to the premises).

Currently NOW Broadband Super Fibre Service is FTTC depending on your Post Code and doesn't offer fibre from the cabinet to your home (might change in the future).
