We're aware of a technical issue at the moment which means you might be unable to:
- Activate a new NOW TV Box
- Activate a NOW TV Box which has been factory reset
- Add channels to your NOW TV Box
- Remove channels from your NOW TV Box
We're working to resolve this issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused. In the meantime, the issue is intermittent, so you can keep trying if you want to.
