Hi, I appreciate much box has been on overdrive because of Covid restrictions but am wondering if anyone has had this problem. Do I have to buy another one?? Or is there something else I can do?? Any help would be appreciated. 😀😀🌈🌈
If you have the original Smart Box (the one that receives Freeview and has a blue "Now TV" logo printed on it), this has a internal fan which runs when required.
All the other Now TV devices do not have fans, so noise might unfortunately be a symptom of a device on its way out.
