My mums new box keeps freezing when she presses the home button.

Its not any actual shows she cant even get into them. She only set it up yesterday and judt this evening when she went to watch corrie nothing would move. Shes up North but not in any of those places listed. Its difficult as i can only help her over the phone.

If the home button doesn't work when using either the NowTV Homepage or any of the Apps on the box, then has your Mother tried rebooting the box by switching off the power for a couple of seconds.

 

Did your Mother also setup the box herself or did somebody help her ?

 

Just for clarification is it this NowTV box below that your Mother owns ?
