Multiple Issues. Catch Up on NowTV, and Programs not playing.

Since Christmas eve I haven't been able to watch live tv or catch up via my now tv but can watch Netflix. I've restarted the box and various other things but no luck. I can watch nowtv on my phone though

When you mention live & catch up is that NowTV content or Apps such as BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub etc ?

Have you tried all the trouble shooting steps in this help guide ?
