Movies won’t play

My movies load then when I press play it doesn’t work the little thing spins then then it goes back to main screen, I have excellent internet connections I’ve rebooted the box and checked that my pass is still active!!

i don’t know what else to do

Also having the same issue on my smart box. Have tried entertainment, movies and sport. All not working. Hopefully this gets resolved soon!

mines the same and theres no way of contacting them as live chat isnt working either . my passes are all in date . starting to annoy me now . not getting the service we pay for and no way of contacting them .

I just paid 7.99 for the new deal on sky movies for 4 months wemt to click on movies and it says the app is currently unable to connect to the stream if this problem persists restart the app <done this like 100 times but still the same result so unless I can watch something I’ve basically been robbed
