I have moved to new place in birmingham, the appoinment to set it up was today and said engineer would come in but looks like he did not turned up. I waited till 11 Am at home as I'm working professional I cant really be home with out internet as I have to work using internet , but no engineer till then. Cant it be switched on remotely? I really need it . Can it be resp;ved quickly?
