MY ACCOUNT

I have created a NOWTV account it lets my sign in on my phone but not on my TV???

Any message when you try signing into the NowTV App on your box ?

 

You could try steps 1 and 6 on this linked guide below.

If still no luck, then last resort follow step 6, but this time instead of a forced software update, try a factory reset.

 

Don't factory reset if you haven't got the original supplied nowtv remote controller and if you do decide to try the factory reset option, make sure you know all your account information (same login details has the NowTV App on your phone) and you are comfortable setting up the box on your Router again.

@Anonymous User in addition to @schnapps advice, it could be your account name or password. If either contain other than letters or numbers NowTV boxes/sticks are known to have a hissy-fit. You don’t say what make of phone you have, but if it’s an iPhone and you let it create a password then that would almost certainly be the problem. I know that a lot of security experts will tell you that you should use characters such as @, &, *, % etc in your password but it’s not always a good idea.
