MLB app

hi been watching mlb app for some time now with no issues went to watch it yesterday the app begins to start then nothing any ideas please

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?

as UK which is a valid location for MLB. All very strange as it worked fine

I have had exactly the same problem with mt 3 active NowTV sticks.  Like you I have tried all the fixes recommended, and with a similar negative result.  This is clearly a problem with the latest NowTV firmware, as that's when the problem started.

Hopefully someone at NowTV or Roku will read this and do something about it.

I’m worried it’s a little coincidental the MLB app isn’t working alongside Now TV’s horrific unuser friendly new interface/update but alas I have logged with MLB as above post suggests.

Same here, tried all the updates, resets and reinstalls but no joy. Frustrating. Happened with me last year, too.

yesterday. Went through the usual reset and factory reset steps but the app
would still not load.

They suggested I contact MLB which is not a good response, why does a
customer have to chase this, it is a service issue.

However they finally cam back saying, "We have been informed our live chat
team have reported this to the MLB contact team, hopefully it is resolved
soon for you"

Going to check back in a week but it is not good.

It needed a now tv update last year.... Nowtv said it was nothing to do
with them. We all waited a week or two, then magically the device updated
overnight and suddenly the app worked perfectly.

I presume it's just a licence dispute they have every year to try and make
a few more quid from us all!

Tried mlb app via nowtv stick tonight at 11pm and has loaded and been updated. All working now 😁
