Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?

This link will give you general information for troubleshooting on the box.

Resetting is completely different from factory reset.

https://help.nowtv.com/article/hard-factory-reset-now-tv-box-stick

Factory reset is putting the box back to factory settings in another words erasing everything on it and as if your starting it from scratch.

Thank you for the information, I'll try a reset through the settings menu.
It was Now support who had told me to press the button on the stick for 5
seconds to reset it.

Did you have any luck with this? Exact same thing has just started happening to me on my Stick. Tried removing app, reset button, factory reset and no luck.

As a suggestion you could try unplugging your router for a few minutes?

It might be worthwhile speaking to Now TV staff via live chat.

Just make sure to click “chat online” within the green box.

Although with the app being third party staff might tell you to speak to the service directly.

Thanks for the reply!

I've just come out of a chat with Now TV and as you say, they've asked for it to be logged with MLB TV.

A similar situation happened this time last year (start of the baseball season), where the new version of the app wasn't automatically compatible with Now TV. It took a little while for them to sort it out after a few of us logged the issue with MLB TV. Perhaps it's the same thing this year.

Going through the same loop. Been through all the same steps as other users here.

Does seem the same as last year when we had the same issues.

Very frustrating

I am 100% convinced that roku/nowtv United Kingdom has not received the latest update from mlbtv as this same thing happened last year. The person asking you to do factory resets on your nowtv box is just speaking absolute nonsense. Last year someone had to email mlbtv and roku to get this sorted this side of the pond. I subscribe to mlbtv and at the moment the app on nowtv doesn’t work. Someone at nowtv needs to ask the good people of mlbtv to send over the update so we can watch it on our tellys.

I think last year we just had to keep on at MLB TV until they looked at it. It was a different error last year, but it seems to be too much of a coincidence.

If as many of us as possible can contact them on this link - https://www.mlb.com/live-stream-games/help-center/contact-us - think that's our best shot.

Hopefully there will be more people experiencing the issue and chipping in as we get closer to the season starting.

Hi @Anonymous User

When you use this internet web tool linked below to check your ISP location does it report you are in the UK ?

https://www.whatismyip.com

Just asking because a few people have been having issues with their ISP providing rouge IP addresses on their Router and this may have a bearing on the problem if it doesn't see you are in the UK because i believe the MLB service checks for your regional area and blocks certain regions.

Should it be reporting UK then i am out of suggestions because i don't use MLB (maybe get in touch with MLB where i know they have a Twitter help feed).
