Live tv not working

Recently I’ve not been able to access live tv (clucking kn TV guide and selecting a channel) it shows a programme playing from the home screen but once I click on TV guide the screen goes blue and freezes. I’ve truer restarting the box several times but that has not helped. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Try resetting it, from the little button on the bottom of the box. Hold it in for 15-30 seconds, and be prepared to put all your details back in when it wakes up again.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
