I'm trying to get in touch with live chat regarding being charged a monthly payment for movies when I had applied a movie voucher. I've been trying to get in touch for a few days and it says live chat is unavailable, I've sent a web form query but haven't heard anything back from that either. Does anyone know if there is something wrong with live chat at the moment? Many thanks

I am having exactly the same problem NowTV is merrily taking money out of my account every month but not responding to any of my requests to cancel my subscription !

I’m having this problem too, after paying for a 6 month entertainment pass that wouldn’t activate. I was told on webchat to activate the free trial, which i did, only to find i’m going to get billed twice. I tried to get back on webchat, but it won’t work.
