I am having problems as I cannot view any live TV channels as the message NO SIGNAL is on the screen . Any suggestions ?

Are you using the NowTV Freeview smart box like in the picture shown below ?
If so i am assuming it's the Freeview TV channels that is showing no signal ?
Have you tried a retune of the TV channels in the nowtv box menu and double checked the aerial cable connection on the box hasn't come loose ?
Should the TV screen be blank with no signal for everything related to the box such has menus and Apps not displayed then this would point to a HDMI loss of signal and try switching the power off to the TV and Box for about 30 secs.
