Just registered with Now Tv. When i go to tv screen, remote wont let me choose anything or look thro

Remote wont let me look at channels that are available, will literally only allow me to turn now tv off or put volume up or down. Just registeted everything today and remote is linked but just seems to be stuck on now tv page. Utterly useless

Maybe try rebooting the stick by pressing the small reset button on the stick and a reboot of your Router to see if that resolves it.

If that doesn't work, perhaps try re pairing the remote to the nowtv stick again (see linked instructions below).
