Issues with NOW TV Box activation and software updates

Some customers might experience an issue when doing the following:

 

  • Activating a new NOW TV Box
  • Completing a software update on an existing NOW TV Box
  • Setting up a NOW TV Box which has just been through a factory reset

This issue is now resolved, and you'll be able to use your NOW TV Box as normal.
