Iplayer on Now TV box missing TV programmes

Is it the case that some TV programmes are on the web based version of iplayer but not on the Now TV iplayer?

I was looking for Monty Don Paradise gardens and couldn't find it on Now TV box but is on web.

I have a Black NOW TV box and I can find that show on the I Player app. I put MON into the search and it came up on the list. Episodes 1&2.
