Internet indicator light not on

I just went live yesterday. Openreach engineers were here to do their thing. I connected my box to the Openreach Master socket but cannot get internet. I really need an engineer to look into this.

Not sure why you’ve tagged this under NOW tv box (black) as that’s absolutely nothing to do with the router. It’s actually the discontinued streaming box from NOW.

For anything broadband issue related you should really call the team. It won’t get resolved on the forum as that’s not how this works. See link for number.
