ITV Hub

Hi

Can anyone help me please.  For the last week  I've had the following error on selecting ITV Hub 'oops something went wrong.  We are working on it'.  I've tried turning off the Internet and the now box but neither of these options have worked.  I've had my now tv black box for a year and a half and never had this problem.  Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Hi @Anonymous User

Are you accessing the ITV Hub via the main home screen via the catch up services where it looks like there is an issue at the moment according to this linked thread below.

Maybe try the ITV Hub App by going to My Apps instead ?

Same problem here and my box updates were done today.
