You mean that Now routers can’t do this?
Of course, a lot of people think that WiFi = internet, or = router, though I don’t know if @RHB is aware of the difference here,…
But I wouldn't turn my router off every night, as the systems at my ISP would interpret this as a fault, and slow my internet speed down in an effort to combat this.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
