I have changed my password on line and it doesnt get accepted on tv. somebody HELP1

SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE.  I have changed my password three times on line and it has been refused 3 times on tv.  What do I do?

Welcome to the forum.

 

After you changed your password did you try a hard reset of the box? When the box is powered up, push a pin into the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds or so until you see the box restart itself. Then follow the prompts to enter your wifi and NOW TV account details again. Hopefully that will work.

Can you tell me what the exact error message (and code) appears when you're signing in?

 

Have you tried on any other device? To sign in and play out something. If not, please try that and let me know what's the outcome.
