How do I contact Now TV if chat isn't working?

I'm getting really fed up. My Now TV isn't letting me watch a programme I started watching last night, as it says I need to start my free trial, when I already pay monthly for the entertainment pass. Online chat won't work, and all I wanted to do was finish watching before my partner left for work. I can't believe I can't just phone someone, but I can't find a number. It is ridiculous.

There is no number to call Now TV in relation to TV passes. The number is only for broadband. 

 

Keep trying the Live chat. 

 

@Karl-F  Are you able to help out?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I will keep trying but I've got firefox, chrome, explorer and none of them work. So frustrating..
