Hello
I have been with yourselves for 2-3 weeks. When I set up an entertainment pass it was for 3 months. I have been charged on auto renewal on 2nd July for another monthly fee.
Please can you investigate because maybe the pass didn't register or I did something wrong.,
Also, my movies package is on auto renewal. How do I take this off and also take auto renewal off the entertainment pass.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum. To manage your passes go to My Account > My Passes and hit the grey cancel button under the pass you wish to cancel. As far as being over charged, have a word with Live Chat. Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

If you are a new NOW TV subscriber it sounds like your free 14 day trial has come to an end and your subscription has 'rolled over'.
Are you 100% sure that you applied the voucher pass code that came with your NOW TV box? It's on a small card which includes a silver 'scratch-off' strip on its rear side 😉

If you go to My Account > My Passes check the dates for the entertainment pass next payment date, if there no mention that you are on a voucher offer and the apply voucher button is still there on the screen, then try adding your 3 month voucher code again to your username account.

The only way i believe to stop your passes from auto renewing each month is to cancel your passes and then when you want to restart any pass press the buy pass button or you could purchase a voucher code pass from places like Argos etc, when you want to restart watching the NowTV service again.

If you 'cancel' your subscription, every time a voucher pass code is submitted, your subscription including the automatic debit/credit card transfer is re-activated 😉
