I changed to Now TV in January 2021 and ever since I have had to turn my router off from the wall (reset button does not do it) every 2-3 weeks. It’s now driving me potty!
I was with BT before and never had to reset once in 2 years so I don’t understand why this is happening. I’m in a one bed flat and when watching my smart TV the most I’m doing at the same time will be looking on my IPad.
I never download or have 2 TVs on at the same time.
It happens when I’m watching any of my apps on my TV so I know it’s not the Apps.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Best to give the broadband team a call in the morning. Sounds like it could be a fault with the router or on your line.
