I used to get this same problem with a Virgin tivo box so they sent an engineer round who said no problem & changed the box, problem solved. My question is to all those people who say there is nothing to fix is why do Now tv boxes appear to have more than their fair share of this problem compared to other streeming services or equipment for example tablets, laptops, sky or virgin boxes.
This is a genuine question informed answers would be appreciated, as they say every day is a school day

As with any HDCP connectivity issue, it's always useful to confirm the make and model number of your TV (display device). But very few people do 😉

I have had this problem too since activiating an Entertainment pass and have used the previous advice of Home/Settings/Systems/System Reset.....same impact but at least I don't have to leave my seat.
Whilst some say that technically it may not be the problem of NOW TV, they should surely come up with a solution.
Good luck!

Hi @Anonymous User,
HDCP issues are not exclusive to the NOW TV boxes, they can happen to any HDMI connected device. Indeed, it happened with my Virgin Media HD box a couple of days ago 😉
