Is there a way to feedback how horrid the new software is?
Can't find anything on the box now, thankfully I have a second box which is yet to update.
Once it updates that it, bye NowTV.

Only you if you Now TV devices. The interface on the app across other devices such as Sony Bravia Android TV and Amazon fire sticks is just fine.
In my personal opinion Now TV devices are very poor compared with Roku and Amazon fire

Yep, I'm still having issues with the Now TV box, search is almost useless, it never seems to remember programmes I have been watching (used to). And as for trying to find something to watch, you go through menu after menu to find that the programme you wanted was in a different one.
On a plus the Amazon app is Good to see as is Netflix, shame that the box keeps reporting its not connected to the internet!

Have you tried setting the box back to factory settings?
This often squashes bugs on the system.
An even better course of action would be to ditch the device and purchase an Amazon Fire stick, much more reliable and more selection of apps available.
