I just found a film I wanted to watch, purchased the pass through the box, went to watch the film. Only to get an error message telling me to head to the help.
This occurs with all films I want click to watch, yet the app says I have the film pass.
What do I do?
If the error is on all films with your cinema pass and you have an Internet connection working.

If still no joy, see if switching the power off to your router for about 20 minutes makes any difference.
