I have watched movies this morning and nw I'm getting error code 101 have tried restart and still same can't get on chat as no one avaliable any ideas plz

SAME THIS END ! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ! IM A NEW CUSTOMER  CRAP WAY TO BE TREATED JUST SPOKE ON CHAT TO NOW TV AND ALL THEY SAY IS SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL ! CRAPPY SERVICE , I SHUD GO BK TO NETFLIX ,  PAYING FOR A SERVICE WE CANT USE !
