Error 101

I have watched movies this morning and nw I'm getting error code 101 have tried restart and still same can't get on chat as no one avaliable any ideas plz

ERROR -101 when I try to stream either entertainment or movies. Account shows entertainment pass active now

Problem after problem kids can't watch programs, error 101 keeps appearing when putting a program on. Please fix asap and maybe keep us updated when this crap happens

I have the same problem.  I've been watching Quantico all day and now I'm geting an error code 101 and told to try again later! Frustrating
