Error 014.50

I have just bought a new box and have gone to set up with my television and am getting this error code constantly.

I have tried all the different advise I have seen online ie home button 5 times etc and nothing has worked.

Feel like I've wasted my money

Sorry to hear that your having problems getting your NOW TV Box connected.

 

I will move your post into the NOW TV Box section as your will get more advice from our forum users within that thread.

 

Could you clarify what NOW TV Box you bought ? Was it the normal box or Smart Box ?

 

Could you also let us know who your Internet provider is ?

 

You have mentioned 1 step that you have tried, so we don't duplicate steps for you are you also able to let us know what you have tried ?

I'm having the same issue. Have a Smart Box and its been working fine on my Sky router until i recently changed the password now it wont connect !
