Does my phone count as a device if I don't watch NOW TV on it?

Hello! We both use our phones to manage our NOW TV account - adding packages, checking billing, seeing what's available etc. However, we don't watch anything on our phones because of screen size. But both our phones seem to be counting towards our 6 device total? Is this is a mistake? Can we correct this?!?

Thank you,

Kelli

@Anonymous User If you don’t want to use your phone to watch NowTV content, simply delete it from your list of devices. You can still use it to access your account. You can even use the NowTV app to see what’s on.

Obviously, if you then accidentally click on a live program, and you have an active pass, the phone will be added to the device list again.
