Disable Parental Pin

I am watching a Sky Atlantic show past 10pm. Why do I have to enter a pin? I know OFCOM rules means a pin may be required, but after 10pm?

I presume that the reason why I cannot access adult sites is because there is a parent pin existing. As there are no children or young adults in my house I would like to remove any blocks. Will be grateful for any suggestions.

Hi @Anonymous User

Are you referring to NowTV Broadband ?

If so, go into your online NowTV account and under Settings & Pins, change the age rating which is set at default at PG13 under your Broadband Buddy Settings.

Just to follow up from @schnapps  sound broadband advise, if it’s relating to the PIN for TV passes you can turn it off via parental PIN settings.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
