Devices

I've tried watching now TV via the TV and it says I can't add a new device until March 1st. I've looked and there is only 2 devices on there. I'm paying for a service I can't use surely this isn't right. How can I sort this so I'm able to watch something via tele. Someone help

Contact NowTV Support via the online chat function. You can use the 'Contact Us' link. 

 

They may be able to resolve that or grant a temporary extra device for you.

Do I need to be on a computer as atm On my phone and can't see anything about live chat?

No, you can do it from your phone. I have done that many times. The main NowTV homepage has a 'Contact Us' link at the bottom.
